Our office will file with any insurance provider but it is your responsibility to check with your carrier to determine if we are a covered provider.
Is laser surgery covered by my insurance?
For most patients, laser surgery is covered by insurance but may be at a co-insurance rate. Please check with your insurance carrier about your responsibility. Our staff will be happy to help by giving you the procedure codes you need.
